We’re currently looking for an experienced, reliable, and tech-savvy Retail & eCommerce Assistant to join our team.

If you have a strong retail background, are comfortable with digital POS, online orders, and social media, and have a genuine interest in crystals and alternative healing, this could be the perfect role for you.

This is a casual position with 3-5 shifts per week. Weekend availability is a must. We’re looking for someone who is reliable and committed long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing excellent in-store customer service—helping customers choose crystals, handling sales, and keeping the store running smoothly.
• Processing transactions confidently using our digital POS system.
• Managing eCommerce tasks—packing online orders, updating stock, and responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and text.
• Assisting with social media content creation—product photography, captions, and updates.
• Following store protocols carefully—keeping the shop organised and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Contributing to a positive team environment—staying engaged, taking initiative, and working collaboratively.
• This role requires standing for long periods and physical tasks such as restocking and lifting rocks (literally), so applicants need to be physically capable of these tasks.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Retail experience is essential—you’re confident in a retail environment.
• Sales driven- you take pride in creating a great shopping experience for customers and guiding them to the right items.
• Comfortable with computers, eCommerce platforms, and social media. Shopify experience is a plus.
• A quick learner who takes direction well and follows through on tasks.
• Professional and confident in handling customer communication (emails, calls, and texts).
• A team player who brings a positive attitude to challenges and welcomes feedback.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive—someone who notices what needs to be done and does it.
• Interest in crystals and alternative healing is required, but with a practical, grounded approach.
• Availability on weekends and long-term commitment is essential.
